Meet your lead instructor
I've always been drawn to the idea of helping others in meaningful, practical ways. Over time, I realized that emergency response and life-saving education combined so many of my interests—health, teaching, and empowering others to take action when it matters most.
We take joy in delivering engaging, informative classes that fully meet American Heart Association guidelines. We maintain a high standard of training by using top-quality equipment—and plenty of it—so every student gets hands-on experience without long wait times between practice. Perhaps best of all, for your peace of mind, you will receive your AHA certification card right away.

They say, "Once a teacher, always a teacher." Well, this is certainly true for Jim who retired from teaching and coaching only to get right back into it as a TA and assistant coach for the school district. In addition, helping with classes at Vital CPR is a natural extension of his talents and experience.
