Hello! I'm Tami Adams

I’ve always been drawn to the idea of helping others in meaningful, practical ways. Over time, I realized that emergency response and life-saving education combined so many of my interests—health, teaching, and empowering others to take action when it matters most.

We take joy in delivering engaging, informative classes that fully meet American Heart Association guidelines. We maintain a high standard of training by using top-quality equipment-and plenty of it- so every student gets hands-on experience without long wait times between practice. Best of all, for your peace of mind, you will receive your AHA certification card right away.

Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR for Healthcare Providers – American Heart Association

$65 |~3 Hours | 2-Year Certification
Designed for anyone in the Healthcare Field.
American Heart Association card received upon completion of the course.

Renewal Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR for Healthcare Providers – American Heart Association

$55 | ~2.5 Hours | 2-Year Certification
BLS renewal is a shorter version of the BLS class and is for students who have a current AHA BLS card.
American Heart Association card received upon completion of the course.

First Aid, CPR & AED – American Heart Association

$65 | ~3 Hours | 2-Year Certification
Designed for Caregivers, Worksite Professionals, Safely Personnel, and More.

Blended Learning Skills – American Heart Association

$45 | ~45 minutes | 2-Year Certification
You may choose to do Blended Learning for any of the American Heart Association classes we offer. Simply complete the chosen American Heart Association online portion (link provided) and come to Vital CPR for your skills session.

CPR & AED – American Heart Association

$50 | ~1.5-2 Hours | 2-Year Certification
This course is designed for anyone who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED to meet workplace requirements; or anyone who would like training in these skills.

Family and Friends CPR American Heart Association

$25 | ~1-1.5 hours
This course is designed for parents, grandparents, babysitters, or anyone who would like to learn basic CPR, AED, and relief of choking skills for adults, children, and infants; but do not need a certification card for employment.
